Statewide Medicaid Transformation to begin February, 2020

Due to the state budget delays, NC DHHS will not be doing a two Region roll of Medicaid Transformation in November, 2019. Instead a full statewide roll out will occur on February 1, 2020. See press release from NC DHHS.
