Seeking Insight to Innovation Topics for Spring Conference

i2i is seeking Insight to Innovation Topics for our upcoming Spring Conference, June 10-11 in Raleigh.  This event attracts approximately 500 MH/IDD/SUD and healthcare professionals in NC and beyond.

Deadline for proposals is March 8, 2019.

Innovation Topics are 1 hour sessions designed to offer attendees information about your program, service or project.  Focus may include any or all of the following:  1) how/why your program was implemented, 2) how it addresses whole person care and 3) the positive outcomes that have resulted.  Note, priority will be given to projects/programs that are evidence-based and/or follow national trends in service or business improvements.

Proposals may address the operational, service and/or administrative aspects of any of the following areas:

• Improvements in administrative operations or services that advance whole person care in a managed care environment (ex: payment structures, performance measures, outcomes)

• Technological advancements that improve organizational management and/or individual care (ex: electronic health records, digital transformation, consumer self management technology)

• Innovations to improve consumer participation and/or access to care (ex: self-advocacy initiatives, cross-system linkages, recovery, peer support).
