June 15-16, 2020

SUBMISSIONS DUE BY MARCH 9TH
The i2i Center’s Spring Conference draws up to 500 leaders and professionals representing private and public healthcare payers, behavioral health/intellectual and developmental disabilities, health and behavioral health providers, State agencies, universities, advocates, consumer and family members and other stakeholders each June for the last 20+ years.
North Carolina’s implementation of Medicaid managed care for physical healthcare is currently on hold, but national trends and expectations for better managed care continues and includes: demonstrating value, expansion of technology into all aspects of care, integrating treatment, meeting unmet health-related and whole person needs, customer service/consumer focused care, improving administrative efficiencies, incorporating peer supports, and much more. We see the delay as an opportunity to incorporate integrated care approaches into your organization, hone your business skills, develop new partnerships, and improve your use of technology and more.
We are seeking 1 hour Sparking Innovation topics that will address a wide variety of issues. Proposals may address the operational, service and/or administrative aspects of any of the following areas:
Priority will be given to proposals that reflect evidence-based and promising practices, projects currently underway in North Carolina, and/or national trends or business models.
You will be contacted about your submission via email by the end of March. Questions? Please email jean@i2icenter.org.
